The Sensus Building Group Yandina Workshop was buzzing this week when more than 8,640 kilos of sustainable, Australian ironbark timber were delivered.
The 48 beams will be transformed into a custom outdoor seating area for Landsborough in the Sunshine Coast Hinterland. The job commissioned by the Sunshine Coast Council and designed by POMO Architects will celebrate Landsborough’s rich history.
The Sensus team of expert in-house carpenters are approaching each piece of timber as a treasure. Creating something unique and beautiful from each piece of wood – 22 benches, log seats with downlighting – it will be a statement seating area for generations to enjoy.
We look forward to showing you the finished product once installation is complete.
